Background: Digital transformation has become a critical driver in improving healthcare quality, efficiency, and accessibility, particularly within nursing management. However, existing studies often examine technology adoption, leadership, and patient-centered care separately, resulting in fragmented understanding of their interrelationships in nursing management contexts.
Objective:This study aims to synthesize evidence on how digital transformation is implemented in nursing management, examine the role of nursing leadership in technology integration, and evaluate its impact on patient-centered care and clinical decision-making.
Method: A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted following PRISMA 2020 guidelines using the Scopus database for publications from 2001–2025. Search strategies combined keywords related to digital transformation, nursing management, leadership, health informatics, and patient-centered care. From 323 records, 75 studies met inclusion criteria after screening, eligibility assessment, and full-text review. Bibliometric analysis was performed using Biblioshiny and VOSviewer to identify trends and thematic networks.
Result: Findings indicate that technologies such as electronic health records (EHR), telemedicine, artificial intelligence (AI), and clinical decision support systems significantly enhance service accessibility, personalization, and patient engagement. Nursing leadership plays a pivotal role in aligning technological innovations with clinical workflows, managing organizational change, and addressing risks related to data security and digital competency gaps. Nevertheless, challenges persist, including administrative burden, alert fatigue, privacy concerns, and uneven digital readiness among nurses.
Conclusion: Digital transformation in nursing management is a multidimensional process requiring strong, adaptive leadership and strategic integration of technology to achieve sustainable patient-centered care. This review proposes an integrative perspective linking leadership, digital systems, and clinical outcomes, and highlights future research needs in longitudinal evaluation, contextual validation, and socio-ethical impacts of digital healthcare transformation.

Background : Leadership style plays a crucial role in determining nurse performance, particularly in inpatient settings, which require high levels of cooperation, discipline, and motivation. The effectiveness of nursing services in hospitals is greatly influenced by how the ward manager leads their team. A leadership style that fails to foster motivation and support can hinder optimal performance.
Aim : This study aims to determine the relationship between the leadership style of ward heads and the performance of nurses in the inpatient ward at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital. The scope of the study includes identifying the dominant leadership style and its influence on nurses' behavior and work performance.
Methods: This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional design using questionnaires distributed to inpatient nurses. Leadership style was measured with a validated instrument, and nurse performance was assessed using standard hospital performance indicators.
Result: The study results showed that most nurses working under ward leaders with a democratic leadership style tended to have better performance. Analysis using the chi-square test showed a significant correlation (p < 0.039) between the ward leader's leadership style and nurse performance. These findings indicate that a democratic leadership style can improve nurse performance in terms of discipline, responsibility, teamwork, and high quality of service.
Conclusion: There is a relationship between the ward head's leadership style and the performance of nurses. A communicative, supportive, and participatory leadership style can create a positive work environment and improve the quality of nursing services.

Background : Work stress can arise due to increasing job demands, role conflicts, unclear tasks, and the burden of responsibility that must be borne by the workforce. If left unattended for a long time, this condition has the potential to cause burnout.
Aim : This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and burnout among nurses in the inpatient room of Mawaddah Medika Hospital.
Method : This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational design and a cross-sectional method. The sample consisted of 45 nurses selected through proportional random sampling. The instruments used were the Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS) questionnaire and the Maslach Burnout Inventory–Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS).
Result : The results showed that most nurses experienced moderate work stress (73.3%) and moderate burnout (68.9%). The Spearman’s rank correlation test revealed a correlation coefficient of 0.865 with p = 0.000, indicating a significant relationship between work stress and burnout. Higher levels of work stress were associated with higher levels of burnout.
Conclusion : There is a significant and strong relationship between work stress and burnout among nurses. Therefore, effective coping strategies are needed to help nurses manage work stress and prevent burnout.

Research background: Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia due to impaired insulin function. Stress is one of the psychological factors that can increase blood glucose levels through hormonal mechanisms, especially through increased cortisol and catecholamines. Stress management is an important part of the non-pharmacological treatment of Diabetes Mellitus patients.
Aim : This study aims to analyze the relationship between stress management and blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus at Pringsewu Hospital.
Methods: This study used an analytical quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample amounted to 70 respondents who were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Stress management data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire, while blood glucose levels were checked using a glucometer. Bivariate analysis uses a Gamma correlation test.
Results: Results showed that 40% of respondents had poor stress management and 60% had uncontrolled blood glucose levels. The gamma test showed a significant association between stress management and blood glucose levels (p value = 0.000), suggesting that the better the stress management skills, the more controlled the patient's blood glucose levels.
Conclusion: Stress management abilities have been shown to have a significant influence on glycemic control in patients with type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Therefore, the application of stress management interventions needs to be integrated into conducting holistic care in healthcare facilities to support improving patients' quality of life

Baground: Nurse performance has become a trending issue today due to the growing public demand for high-quality services. One aspect of nurse performance that can be assessed is documentation of nursing care.
Aim: The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and nurse performance in nursing documentation at Wahidin Sudirohusodo Regional Hospital, Mojokerto.
Method: This research method uses a correlation analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this research is all inpatient nurses at Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo General Hospital, Mojokerto City, totaling 87 people.  This research instrument is the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) and a nurse performance checklist.
Result: The results of the research show that almost all respondents are satisfied with their jobs, namely 66 people (93%), and almost all respondents have good performance in nursing care documentation, namely 68 people (95.8%). The results of the Spearman Rho test can be said that p-value = 0.000 with a correlation coefficient of 0.763 so that H1 is accepted.
Conclusion: Nurses who are satisfied with their jobs have good performance because job satisfaction plays an important role in increasing motivation, commitment, and responsibility towards the tasks they are assigned.
